World War Two was a conflict like no other. It changed borders, economies and lives. However, it occurred over sixty years ago and the people who experienced this conflict are leaving us at an alarming rate. The Historical Society of Montgomery County conducts interviews with individuals who have lived through that tumultous time and are connected with Montgomery County, either past or present, and will perserve their memories for future generations.

If you or someone you know who would like to be interviewed, please have them fill out the biographical information form and send it to the Society. Click here to view form. This form helps us direct and orient our interviewers to specific topics prior to discussion.

These interviews will be transcribed as well as kept on CD and will be available for future research and review. Each person's records will be kept in individual files to allow for proper study and show a complete record of service.
